Chelsea are expected to pay £ 90million to sign former Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku this summer, according to a report.
The Premier League giants are believed to have made signing Borussia Dortmund star Erling Braut Haaland or Romelu Lukaku their top priority.
Erling Haaland is also wanted by Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Manchester United, which could make a deal difficult for Chelsea.
The former Chelsea forward is a more reasonable target given Inter’s financial woes, and The Sun say Thomas Tuchel’s side are ready to act.
The Belgium international was previously at Stamford Bridge three years, but two of those seasons have been loaned with West Bromwich Albion and Everton.
Romelu Lukaku has scored 61 goals in 91 appearances for the Italian giants since signing a £ 74million contract with Manchester United two years ago.
