Chelsea are reportedly determined to sign Borussia Dortmund center-forward Erling Haaland to their squad this summer.
Reports have revealed that Blues manager Thomas Tuchel is keen to add a new striker to his squad against next season and the Norwegian is at the top of the list of players he wants.
According to The telegraph of the day, Chelsea’s hierarchy are “working hard” on a deal that could see them lure the 20-year-old to Stamford Bridge, although they are aware that finalizing a transfer will be difficult this summer.
The report also revealed that Chelsea are ready to add Tammy Abraham to the deal in order to lower the asking price for Haaland.
Abraham has been seen as a surplus in the Blues squad and is expected to leave if they can sign Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.
Aside from the Norway international, Chelsea have also been linked with moves to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur and Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan.
While Kane has not yet made known his next destination, Lukaku has however ruled out departures from San Siro this summer transfer window.
With that, Chelsea have the opportunity to do anything for Kane this summer if he has to sign a new striker.
