Liverpool have reached a £ 25million deal to sign a new striker, deal due to be announced this week, Everton sign new full-back, while Tuesday’s Euro Paper Talk claims Arsenal are preparing a move for the midfielder of chic Seville land.
PATSON DAKA SIGNS FOR LIVERPOOL THIS WEEK
Liverpool have “made a deal” and “will announce” Patson Daka as their latest signing this week, according to a bold report.
West Ham and the Reds have both been linked with the 22-year-old who scored goals for fun with RB Salzburg. Zambia international smashed 68 goals and 27 assists during his four years in Austria.
However, this season he has reached a whole new level and has scored 34 times and also has 12 assists under his belt, bringing his total to 46 goals.
This has, as you might expect, sparked a lot of interest for the player.
And now the Zambian observer claims that Daka is to sign for Liverpool and will be unveiled this week as their last signing.
They write that the 22-year-old will join the Reds on a four-year contract and for a fee of around £ 25million.
He will be seen as Divock Origi’s replacement in the squad and someone who can keep their attackers on their toes. In addition, Daka is also seen as a solid option to come off the bench on Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Lightning fast and with an obvious sense of purpose, Daka has been compared to Thierry Henry in the past.
And the report claims Daka’s move will see Liverpool end their interest in Leeds United’s Raphinha.
