Manchester United are reportedly considering signing Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea if he misses Jadon Sancho, the best transfer target.
The Premier League giants have made signing Sancho their top priority this summer after missing the Borussia Dortmund forward last year.
The Red Devils are accepted for agreeing individual terms with the England international, but they face a major test to convince Dortmund to lower their asking price.
According to The Express, Man United are reluctant to spend more than £ 70million on a player, so alternative options have indeed been put in place if a deal with BVB cannot be reached.
Callum Hudson-Odoi is supposed to be on Man United’s target list, as are their former striker Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele.
Ronaldo is out of contract with Juventus in a year, which is also the case for Dembele at Barcelona, while Hudson-Odoi actually has three years to fulfill his contract with Chelsea.
Chelsea are believed to be expected to capitalize on the 20-year-old this summer, but United would almost certainly face stiff competition from Bayern Munich for his signing.
