According to recent reports, Arsenal have been linked with moves to sign RB Leipzig midfielder Tyler Adams.
Reports have revealed that the Gunners are hoping to make a hit for the USA international once the summer transfer window begins.
According to Athleticism, Arsenal are drawn to Adams’ versatility which they believe would be useful to their team next season.
While the USA international can play as a defensive midfielder, which was the role he played at club level last season, he can also be used as a right midfielder and right-back.
With that, he’s a three-in-one that Arsenal would love to have next season as he gives them the chance to cover other areas.
However, Arsenal must be prepared to spend on others to convince Adams to join them as RB Leipzig are in a strong position to keep him.
Indeed, he still has a contract with the German formation until the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
So far, the US midfielder has made 66 appearances for RB Leipzig since joining them from the New York Red Bulls in 2019.
He made 37 appearances for the German side last season in all competitions, scoring a goal and an assist in the process.
